Using The 5 Year Journal™ Workbook Sections
There are several sections to the The 5 Year Journal™ including at the beginning of the book a place to set your goals and intentions for the year.
Begin by writing in the last two numbers of the current year after the 20 on the two lines that are provided. For example 20 __ write in 15 for the year 2015. Next year you would write in 15 for the year 2015.
Your goals are your intentions and what you would like to accomplish for the year. Use these three lines to highlight the most important ones for yourself.
Resolutions are the actions and possible changes for how you are going to achieve what you want and reach your goals. A resolution is a promise that you make to yourself to start doing something or to change something.

Another section to The 5 Year Journal™ is your Monthly Focus Thought.
Before beginning each month of your Journal, on the lines provided for each year summarize where you are and what you are feeling right then, that day. Keep it simple, one word, or a few words or a few sentences.
There is no right or wrong way - this is your Journal.
There is also a Month End Summary page where you can review your daily entries in order to summarize your overall experiences for that month.
There is a Quarterly Questions section where there is a list of things like What is My Favorite... and you can add things like what was my favorite adventure this quarter, what was my favorite movie or book. You can be creative.
